Most people don’t get into trouble financially because they don’t care, they get into trouble because the plan wasn’t clear, the details weren’t tested, and the execution wasn’t tight.
My professional background started in performance coaching and leadership development. For years, I worked with people who wanted change, but needed structure to follow through when life got busy. Over time, I realized money works the same way: the difference isn’t access to products, it’s clarity, discipline, and a plan that holds up when things get complicated. That’s what brought me into the financial services industry, and it’s what I bring to my role as Brokerage Director at Elevated Strategies. Today, my job is simple to describe but hard to do well: I help advisors and their clients make smart insurance decisions , the kind that still make sense years from now, not just on an illustration today. I focus on life insurance strategy, case design, product fit, and implementation support , especially when the case is complex and the margin for error is small.
I work best in partnership with fee-only advisors, tax and estate planning attorneys, CPAs, and family office professionals. The goal is never to “sell insurance.” The goal is to build an insurance plan that fits inside a larger strategy, with clean execution, clear expectations, and documentation that holds up under scrutiny. My hope is to help grow Elevated Strategies into the most trusted insurance resource for planning professionals across the country, the place you call when you want the case done right, the first time.
When I’m not working, I’m with my family, my wife and our kids , coaching baseball, training, building, and doing my best to live out the same principles I bring to my work: discipline, stewardship, and leadership that shows up at home.
